This guide is designed to prepare Invited Speakers and Abstract Presenters for their oral presentation at the AABIP 2026 Annual Conference. Please familiarize yourself with the scientific program, your session, and other speakers participating in your session. Please check the online program regularly as changes may occur.

- 10-minute PowerPoint presentation
- Followed by 5 minutes of Q&A
Abstract Lightning Round Presentation Format
- 5-minute PowerPoint presentation
- Followed by 2 minutes of Q&A
Rapid Fire E-Poster Presentation
Format
- Moderated small-group presentation
- 1–2 minutes presentation
- 1 minute Q&A discussion
Mandatory Steps for Speakers
- Present your lecture onsite at the conference.
- Register for the Annual Conference.
- Complete the Conflict-of-Interest Form in your profile area.
- Complete the Consent Form in your profile area.
Preparing for Your Session
- Review the full session agenda.
- Familiarize yourself with other speakers in your session.
- Prepare your presentation according to the assigned presentation time.
- Maintaining the allocated speaking time is essential to ensure that the session remains on schedule and allows sufficient time for discussion.
Presentation Slides Upload
Please bring your presentation on a USB drive when arriving at the conference.
- Only conference computers will be used for presentations.
- Presentations cannot be delivered from personal laptops.
- Speakers must visit the Speakers’ Ready Room after collecting their badge.
- Signs directing speakers to the Speakers’ Ready Room will be available at the venue.
PowerPoint Presentation Guidelines
- The first slide must include your presentation title and name.
- The second slide must include the Conflict-of-Interest disclosure.

- Logos, promotional, or marketing materials are not permitted.
- Slides containing unpublished data should include: “UNPUBLISHED DATA – DO NOT COPY OR DISTRIBUTE.”
- If your presentation includes videos, they must be embedded as MP4 files.

Important Information for Mac Users
- Convert your presentation to PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana.
- Insert images as JPG files.
The following file types may not display correctly on conference computers:
- TIF
- PNG
- PICT
