Before the Session
  • Review the session program and presentation titles.
  • Familiarize yourself with the names and affiliations of the speakers.
  • Prepare brief speaker introductions.
  • Arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the start of the session.
During the Session
  • Open the session with a brief introduction.
  • Introduce each speaker before their presentation.
  • Ensure speakers adhere to their assigned presentation time.
  • Notify speakers when their time is nearly complete.
  • Transition smoothly between speakers.
Questions and Discussion
  • Encourage audience participation.
  • Ensure that questions are concise and relevant.
  • Prepare one or two questions in advance in case discussion is limited.
