e-Video Presentations

How long: Rapid e-video Presentations are 6-minute presentations (3 minutes to display surgical video and 3 minutes for QA and Discussion).
Where: e-Video presentations will take place in front of the e-Poster stations in the Exhibit Hall. Please arrive at the e-Poster station 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
How: Presenters will present from their previously uploaded procedural video report.  The e-Video will be displayed, by our IT technicians, at the e-Poster station at the time of your presentation.

*If you or another of your co-authors will not be able to attend the meeting in person, please contact us urgently at aabip_abstracts@kenes.com. Featured e-video presentations are scheduled to take place only live onsite, if you are unable to travel to Charlotte, your presentation type will be changed to an on-demand presentation in the online poster gallery with no designated presentation slot. ***Please note that while unlikely, session times may change. Congratulations on having your abstract selected to be presented at the AABIP 2026 Conference. Please ensure that your presentation is prepared according to the format assigned to your abstract.

Mandatory Steps for Video Presenters

  • Register for the Annual Conference.
  • Complete the Conflict-of-Interest Form in your profile area.
  • Complete the Consent Form in your profile area.
  • Submit a short biography and professional photograph (headshot).
  • Present your lecture onsite at the conference.

Submitting a biography and photograph helps conference attendees become familiar with your professional background prior to your session.

Presentation Slides Upload

Please bring your presentation on a USB drive when arriving at the conference.

  • Only conference computers will be used for presentations.
  • Presentations cannot be delivered from personal laptops.
  • Speakers must visit the Speakers’ Ready Room after collecting their badge.
  • Signs directing speakers to the Speakers’ Ready Room will be available at the venue.

PowerPoint Presentation Guidelines

  • The first slide must include your presentation title and name.
  • The second slide must include the Conflict-of-Interest disclosure.
  • Logos, promotional, or marketing materials are not permitted.
  • Slides containing unpublished data should include: “UNPUBLISHED DATA – DO NOT COPY OR DISTRIBUTE.”
  • If your presentation includes videos, they must be embedded as MP4 files.

Important Information for Mac Users

  • Convert your presentation to PowerPoint or PDF format.
  • Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana.
  • Insert images as JPG files.

The following file types may not display correctly on conference computers:

  • TIF
  • PNG
  • PICT
