What do the registration fees include:
IN-PERSON MEETING INCLUDES:
- Access all in-person presentations and sessions.
- Access to all session recordings.
- In-person attendees will also have access to session recordings within 24-48 hours of the live session and will remain available for 3 months after the conference concludes. There will be no live sessions or live interaction through the virtual platform.
- Attend the scientific program and be eligible to receive the number of ACCME and MOC by ABIM credits attributed to the Conference.
- Access all e-posters and in-person abstracts: Browse research on the hottest topics published in the meeting digital abstract book.
- Visit the in-person exhibition hall: Journey through the exhibition booths, explore the displayed materials, contact exhibitors directly, and chat with other visitors.
- The platform will remain open for 3 months after the Conference concludes.
- Refreshments during breaks as indicated in the program.
VIRTUAL MEETING INCLUDES:

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
Credit card payment has a surcharge of 3% in addition to the registration fees.
• Cancellations received up and including Jul 11, 2023: 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations received from Jul 12, 2023: no refund will be made.
