Thank you for presenting at the AABIP 2026 Annual Conference. This guide will help you prepare for your E‑Poster presentation. Please review the information below carefully and check the conference website regularly for updates regarding technical requirements, deadlines, and general information.
Registration for the Annual Conference
The presenting author must be registered for the Annual Conference. If you have not yet completed registration and paid the required fees, please register as soon as possible. Only abstracts from registered participants who have paid their registration fees will be included in the conference program.
E‑Poster Presentations
Presentation Duration
Each E‑Poster presentation lasts 5 minutes total:
- 3 minutes presentation
- 2 minutes Q&A discussion
Presentation Location
E‑Poster presentations will take place at the E‑Poster stations located in the Exhibit Hall. Presenters are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of their session at the designated station.
Presentation Format
Presenters will present using their previously uploaded E‑Poster. The poster will be displayed by the IT technicians at the E‑Poster station at the scheduled presentation time.
Preparation for Your E‑Poster
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your E‑Poster is displayed correctly:
- Upload one‑page E‑Poster as a PDF file
- Poster must be in landscape orientation
- A landscape template may be downloaded HERE
