Investigator development at the AABIP meeting aims to foster research growth by connecting junior faculty with established leaders in interventional pulmonology. The Research Studio provides a structured platform where early-career investigators can present their research projects, receive constructive feedback from experienced mentors, and engage in networking opportunities to refine their ideas and advance their academic careers.  This year we will focus on AABIP grant applicants and review the grants that may be funded in the next application cycle.

The Educator Development sessions provide a structured platform where participants can refine their skills in curriculum development, interactive teaching, and delivering effective feedback, with a primary focus on immersive simulation-based learning. This year, we will highlight the best practices in designing and implementing simulation scenarios, debriefing techniques, and optimizing learner engagement to improve procedural education and clinical training. 

Leadership Development: Personal & Team Insights Using the Working Genius Model

Central Airway Obstruction

Pleural Disease
